Ben Breckenridge
About Me
Ben Breckenridge, a native of the quaint and historic Essex on Lake Champlain, has a rich background that blends environmental stewardship with real estate acumen. After graduating from St. Lawrence University with a BA in Environmental Studies-Sociology, Ben furthered his education at Cal Poly Humboldt, earning an MBA with a focus on sustainable business.
Ben’s journey took him to California, where he honed his skills in environmental project management and real estate, obtaining his salesperson license. Here, he managed complex land entitlement projects and consulted for various startups, gaining a multifaceted understanding of the business world.
In 2022, Ben returned to his beloved North Country, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. His deep connection to the region, combined with his extensive understanding of real estate and sustainable practices, makes him an invaluable asset to those seeking their dream property in the Adirondacks. Ben’s approach to real estate is grounded in a passion for the community and the environment, ensuring clients benefit from his unique perspective and expertise.
When he’s not helping clients navigate the real estate market, Ben enjoys the tranquility of outdoor life, hiking the Champlain Area Trails with his dogs and nurturing his 17-acre hobby farm.
