I chose her as I saw she was with The Reynolds Group and while vacationing in town in the summer I saw their BLUE sign on many properties that I would have been interested in. Now being November of 2020 and the difficulties of Covid times, she oversaw a purchase that fell threw over a minor structural issue and difficult seller to then finding me another home that I like so much better. During the process of making an offer on the first home I had the pleasure of meeting Lorie and Brook Reynolds, and talked with Steve Reynolds to find a team that was not pressuring you to make a transaction happen and gave you great insights. As a result of seeing Lorie attention to detail, I literally bought the second home without even visiting the property.
