Steve listened, set up showings, and literally just a couple of weeks after contacting him to act as a buyer’s agent I put an offer in on my dream ski lodge. It bears mentioning, too, that when I was closing Steve and Brooks had a family emergency. While at this point everything could be handled by my attorney, both checked in frequently and made themselves available. I would not have expected this, given the circumstances, but it shows that this team will go the extra mile. Cannot recommend them enough!Posted on Google

We’re just over 4 months after closing and we’re moving in (literally on the Plattsburgh ferry RN) ahead of schedule. They were honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with from the first phone call through closing. Brooks took the time to show us various properties from Jay to Saranac Lake while we tried to figure out what options we had in market with a very limited inventory. On our second trip up Brooks showed us the perfect property. We decided to make an offer and Brooks guided us through the entire process with confidence and ease. Purchasing real estate can be a stressful process anywhere, but when you are hundreds of miles away it can be even more so, but not when working with Brooks and Steve. It was a spontaneous, but rather brilliant idea, because she is very professional, extremely attentive, and not only quickly responded to all my emails, but also took all my calls even during the time when she should’ve ignored me :-) Shannon helped me with absolutely every aspect of my purchase, recommended me a great lawyer in Lake Placid, sent me local contractors’ names and their contact numbers and literally went above an beyond. For which I am profoundly grateful. When we have met we immediately clicked - there is this beautiful bond between people who love hiking and running and are generally an outdoorsy bunch. She is a very happy person who has that positive aura around her, which should make you want her on your team when searching for your dream place in Adirondacks. Because of both COVID and our inability to be local full-time, we did most of our search remotely, and she was wonderful identifying possible properties and even helped us out with live walk through videos to help decide if we needed to make a trip up to the Adirondacks. What Shannon doesn't know she would quickly reach out and gather the information we needed, and proved to be a truly exceptional and tireless communicator and advocate for us. I chose her as I saw she was with The Reynolds Group and while vacationing in town in the summer I saw their BLUE sign on many properties that I would have been interested in. Now being November of 2020 and the difficulties of Covid times, she oversaw a purchase that fell threw over a minor structural issue and difficult seller to then finding me another home that I like so much better. During the process of making an offer on the first home I had the pleasure of meeting Lorie and Brook Reynolds, and talked with Steve Reynolds to find a team that was not pressuring you to make a transaction happen and gave you great insights. As a result of seeing Lorie attention to detail, I literally bought the second home without even visiting the property. My wife and I purchased a property roughly 300 miles from our permanent residence. Steve gave 110 percent to every request we made, starting with looking at approximately 12 properties in 2 days.
