Birch Tree LOJ is a very spacious, quiet home nestled up in the trees of Lake Placid just 2 miles from downtown. It is a 5BR/3.5BA home that sleeps 12 people comfortably. There are 2 king master suites, 2 rooms with queen beds and a kids bunk room with 2 full beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and individual thermostat for heat. Both king suites have TV’s with ensuite baths. There is also a fun game room with ping pong and rapid basketball shooting. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 seats at the counter which opens to the deck. The formal dining room seats 10 and is perfect for hosting family dinners. The living room gives you the Adirondack feel with vaulted ceilings which has a large sectional couch with a 60″ TV and a 2 sided fireplace (electric, just the click of a button). There is a wonderful deck in the back of the house which faces west for the afternoon sun and sunsets. The property sits on the Jack Rabbit Trail which you can get to Lake Placid in less than 2 miles.
