Steve Reynolds
About Me
Steve Reynolds is a Lake Placid native who has spent much of his career in residential and commercial real estate and development. In addition to working as a broker for The Reynolds Group, Steve works as managing director for Coldstream Developers, Inc., which has developed residential real estate in North Carolina. Steve is a graduate of Northwood School and St. Lawrence University, where he competed as a Division 1 alpine skier who earned All-American honors. In 2023, Steve was inducted into the St. Lawrence University Athletic Hall of Fame. He has been an active supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He enjoys alpine and Nordic skiing, and is an avid sportsman who has worked as a fishing guide and who enjoys a range of hunting and other outdoor activities.
